IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Nothing exceptional appearance-wise, but that being said, he always wears the same clothes - a pale trenchcoat, a blazer, a tie, and a white shirt. He has lines under his eyes.
•DEMEANOR: Restrained, usually. Castiel isn't human - he only plays one on TV - so he lacks a lot of the mannerisms and twitches of actual human beings. He has a habit of creepily watching people and talks in a stilted way.
•ABILITIES: Castiel is EXTREMELY powerful, even on the barge. This is a list of his abilities, give or take:

-invulnerability to any physical wounds (he is unfazed by being shot, stabbed, punched, etc - punching him feels like hitting a brick wall to regular humans, though superpowered creatures can momentarily stun him)
-immortality
-no human needs, such as for food, sleep, air, waste functions, etc.
-reduced ability to heal others
-the ability to possess his vessel, Jimmy Novak
-super strength
-telekinesis (nonliving objects up to 70 lbs)
-teleportation via flight
-immediate healing to any non-magical wounds
-knowledge and application of Enochian magic
-an angel blade (a divine weapon and the physical representation of his strength)
-the ability to smite demons
-knowledge of every human language (including the dead ones)
-can hear all prayers to him
-the magic touch to make people pass out briefly
-slight weather control

•MEDICAL INFORMATION: Castiel's body displays almost all readings of being dead. His skin is unusually warm to the touch.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Blasphemy.

IC PERMISSIONS:
•MENTAL: Characters cannot read or otherwise get into Castiel's mind - all they will see is bright light and hear high-pitched sounds.
•MIMICRY: Sure.
•VIOLENCE: Sure.
•MAGIC: Yes, although Castiel is resistant to a lot of magic because he's an angel. Ask about this and we'll talk.
